This session is based on Talking History: 150 Years of Speakers and Speeches, described as “perfect for upper KS2 and KS3 libraries” and Book of the Month in The School Reading List. It’s also shortlisted for the School Library Awards Information Book prize.
In this interactive workshop we will meet some BIG voices from the past, learn top tips from famous speechmakers, and practice some public speaking skills. The workshop is 50 minutes and suitable for upper primary and lower secondary.
